As the number of COVID-19 vaccinations grow, “great resignation” may be upon us. In the light of changing dynamics like return to office which impacts flexibility of work, commute times, childcare etc. managing employee experience (EX) will be of paramount importance.
According to the findings from a recent Willis Towers Watson study, almost 100% employers said that enhancing the EX will be an important priority at their organisation over the next three years compared to 74% indicating it as important prior to the pandemic. It is critical to understand the resignation risk and the reasons behind resignation decisions as employers adapt to the new reality and face mounting turnover and engagement challenges.
Willis Towers Watson India recently conducted the "Transforming the Great Resignation" webinar on 14 December 2021 that discussed how leading organisations are focusing on creating a superior Employee Experience (EX) to transform and win the war on great resignation.
The session was led by Paresh Rajgarhia, Director – Talent and Rewards India, Willis Towers Watson. Dr. PNSV Narasimham, President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Cyient also joined the session and shared his perspectives and learnings around dealing with the "great resignation".
