The COVID-19 pandemic caught the world off-guard. Employee Stress has become a more severe issue today with 65% companies citing this concern, an increase of 10% in the past 2 years. That said, employers are vigilant and increasingly looking to offer a holistic solution. Further, a clear majority (85%) of employers plan to use their wellbeing programme as a differentiator in three years, compared to only 18% today.

Not surprisingly, our just concluded India Vaccination Trends study found that over 2 in 5 employers are already planning to purchase COVID-19 vaccines on behalf of their employees or employees’ dependents.
