COVID-19 has had an adverse impact on human health, economic activity, business functioning and at the same time on Human Capital programmes and Employee Benefits. Organisations can use the lessons from 2020 to help restore stability in 2021. We know that the pandemic accelerated many trends that started long before the crisis, such as flexible work arrangements, remote work, wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion. The events of 2020 also reinforced that people matter! To discuss these developments and employer’s responses, we invited two special guests to this webinar to gain from their perspectives.

Willis Towers Watson recently conducted a webinar in the Benefits4U Series which coverd the global and India overview on Benefits in the new normal.

For this session, Anupam Trehan, Head – People and Communications, Cisco India and SAARC had joined us for a conversation with Mallika Sheth, National Growth Leader – Health and Benefits, Willis Towers Watson India Insurance Brokers to share an overview of Cisco’s benefits philosophy and their perspective on the future outlook of Benefits in the new era.
