Willis Towers Watson has announced cutting-edge technology enhancements to its survey participation portal experience. The improvements will simplify the salary survey data submission and review process for clients globally.

“We know the time it takes for compensation professionals to assemble data for submitting their salary surveys,” said Stewart Dyer, Country Leader (CH), Rewards, Data and Software, Willis Towers Watson. “We are fully committed to making the submission process easy for our clients so they can spend more time analyzing the data, rather than assembling it, in order to make difficult compensation decisions.”

As part of the portal enhancements, the company launched the artificial intelligence and machine learning enabled Job Matching Assistant feature, which will automatically suggest matches between client jobs and the Willis Towers Watson job taxonomy. The Job Matching Assistant provides users with a quick, easy way to match their jobs via an interactive online application.

Another feature addition is Online Editor, a tool that helps clients validate their data before submission. The system automatically authenticates the submission made online and provides immediate feedback to users, thus saving time for the data submitter. Together with Job Matching Assistant, compensation professionals won’t miss the hard-to-match jobs, as the integrated features auto-populate the suggestions.

“Clients love our comprehensive job matching participant guide, now available online in a simple, searchable format within the portal’s Job Catalog section where users can look for applicable function and discipline codes, as well as descriptions,” said Stewart Dyer.
