ARLINGTON, VA, November 28, 2022 — WTW (NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Erica Johnson as Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) leader for North America within the company’s Work & Rewards business. In this role, Johnson will be responsible for driving the growth strategy of RDI in the region. She will be a member of the RDI Global Leadership Team, led by Sambhav Rakyan.

Johnson joins WTW from Mercer, where she was the North American Career Products Sales and Commercial Strategy leader and served on the Products Leadership Team. Prior to Mercer, Johnson served as vice president of Ambrose Employer Group, now part of TriNet, working with companies in financial services, private equity and technology. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Rutgers University and holds a health and life insurance license in Pennsylvania.
