International Women’s Day recognises the contribution of women around the world, who are leading the charge on climate change adaptation, mitigation, and response to build a more sustainable future for all.

This year’s campaign theme “break the bias” emphasises on the tangible and intangible consequences of bias and how it can affect us emotionally, physically and financially.

In light of this, WTW India recently conducted the See equal, Share equal. International Women’s Day webinar on 11 March 2022 that featured a panel discussion with three leaders who have carved a niche for themselves in their respective fields. The session discussed insights on how bias affects us, its effect on our hormonal health and how to overcome different kinds of bias for a holistic wellbeing.

The session was led by Ms. Snigdha Samantray, Clinical Psychologist, NIMHANS, Dr. Anjali Kumar, Obstetrician, Gynecologist and Laparoscopic Surgeon, CK Birla Hospital and Ms. Usha Mallya, Finance Professional and Founder, Polestar Investments.
