Andy Leighton, Director, Health and Benefits introduced a line up of speakers who covered employee wellbeing from multiple perspectives.
The event began with an overview from our latest research by WTW’s Lucie McGrath, who gave some insights into how employee wellbeing fits into organisational strategy, along with key trends in wellbeing from both an employer and employee perspective.
With a focus on mental health, WTW subject matter experts, Richard Smith and Letitia Rowlin, explored the importance of social connectedness and the practical things that can be done to improve social connection at home and in the workplace.
Financial wellbeing is currently high on everyone’s agenda, and WTW’s Amy Bell, takes a look at some of our latest research and explores implications and actions that employers can take to support their employees at this time.
We were delighted to introduce Clare Price, Director of Clinical Services, from Onebright who presented practice advice and guidance on managing crisis overload and fatigue.
The webcast concluded with Paul Caudwell, Health Wellbeing Manager at Co-op sharing details of Co-op’s journey with wellbeing, including how tailoring support to varied business needs has helped them, and how focusing on the value of services for people ultimately drives success.
