2021 UK Stewardship Code

We are pleased to maintain our signatory status for 2022 for our UK Stewardship Code report submitted to the Financial Reporting Council. This report describes our activities and progress for the period 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021.

This year’s report will reflect all our Investment business activities – across research, fiduciary management and advisory – and address all the principles the Code covers, along with detailed context, activities and outcomes reporting. We have paid particular attention to work undertaken in 2021 and are pleased to share what we see as our meaningful contributions to a more sustainable industry and future for us all.
