No organization operates in a vacuum and it is fair to say that there have been some very prominent external influences during the last 20 months. There is a shifting focus, with the trend towards broader benefits intensifying. For organizations this has meant that costs remain a priority, and many employers are placing more emphasis on wellbeing and employee experience, continuing a trend from 2019. We also see an accelerating focus on Inclusion & Diversity and ESG, both areas rapidly moving from nice to necessary.

Prominent amongst the emerging trends is the focus on a broad digital strategy for benefits where organizations are using the benefits package to differentiate the employer deal, increasing the demand for benchmarks of benefits packages. Research from our Benefit Trends Survey found that the number one external influence driving the benefits strategy for 65% of respondents was tight labor markets, and 60% saw increased remote working as top.

In this webcast we will hear from Ericsson’s Head of Global Rewards about his perspectives on wellbeing and how it is factoring into his business strategy. We will also have colleagues from Willis Towers Watson sharing practical tips on wellbeing and building resilience.
